Probably the most delicious creme slice in the Bernese Oberland

The cream slice on Kleine Scheidegg and in the Restaurant Eigergletscher has become indispensable; insiders order one or more when they make a lunch reservation.

If it is freshly prepared and baked in the in-house patisserie, this will definitely get everybody's sweet tooth excited. The cream slice is composed of three layers of Mille Feuille puff pastry. In between there is delicious vanilla cream, prepared with love.

The head pastry chef Oliver Fuhrer makes a few cream slices every day, all by hand. In addition to Oliver's skills, the view at 2322 metres above sea level also adds something to the taste.

A great insider tip. This cream slice can be found in all Jungfrau restaurants and is probably the best in the Bernese Oberland.
